SQL Details (Stage Three)

The third stage of the installer requires you to enter the MySQL details so that TangoCMS can connect to the server and database, then create the needed tables.

Note: TangoCMS is unable to create the MySQL database for you, therefore you will need to create this your self. This is however, beyond the scope of the manual, instead please refer to your hosts knowledge base.

Details

The following details are needed for TangoCMS to make a successful connection to the database:

• Host (Can be either IP, Hostname - such as 127.0.0.1, localhost or example.com)
• Port (Port to connect to, default is 3306)
• Username
• Password
• Table Prefix (Prefix to be added to all tables created by TangoCMS)

If you are unsure of any details, please try the defaults or contact your host/server administrator. Once you have entered all needed details click the button labelled 'Next' to continue.
